The MTConnect Client driver is a communications interface to MTConnect-compliant agent applications. MTConnect is an open standard for linking shop floor technologies that further the automation industry’s goal of seamless manufacturing operation. The MTConnect Standard XML and Internet Protocol technologies provide managers with the factory’s real-time data.
